I’m in Eindhoven at the minute and I want to get 2 little cover ups. I’ll check a few of the shops and ask about.

Free Bird Tattoo(Sascha) and Hocus Pocus(Sjoerd and Pieter) are cool places, skilled artists with years of experience.
If you ever want some bigger and more exclusive pieces, Darko(Oneness)is the way.
