What does it taste like?

It doesn't have a flavor, per se, as it's nothing like a lemon. It doesn't have pulp and juice. This citrus variety is used for its aroma, from the oils in the rind. Pretty much most household products that are lemony and use natural scents, they're either made using this (usually called 'citron'), lemon balm or lemongrass.
