Weird discord review/ban

I just got banned cuz a server posted "violent" things and I just so happened to be in the same server although I never participated this happened Sept 1 and now it's the 6th I sent an appeal on the app the same day I got a ban not knowing much about this. The weirdest thing that I just haven't seen anyone else experience are these screen shots. it says that my suspension was lifted but it's certainly still there. I don't know if this is a factor but the icon for the email sent for this by discord has no profile while the ones with the tickets have the discord icon. I admit I've sent about 4 tickets days ago when I didn't know much about bans since then I haven't sent anything new. The only responses from the tickets were those saying I should appeal in the app which I've already done, I know not to send me appeals cuz that can mess things up so I'm waiting but the thing is I'm just not sure what exactly I'm waiting for id appreciate some help
