Question Roselli’s Soup Recipe - Need Help!

During the early 2000’s, my family would order from ‘Roselli’s Restaurant & Pzzr’ (6166 W. Higgins). The restaurant has been closed for years so I know this is a long shot but they had the BEST minestrone soup. It was thick and green like a pea soup. Anyone have the recipe or know where I can find it?! TYIA!

We loved Roselli's! The chicken parm!  But I digress... awhile back, I found out that someone in the family has a takeout pizza restaurant. I think it was in the.sw suburbs so perhaps you can find that and call
