Made up some burgers tonight and they were very tasty and not just because I was hungry. Simple toppings, mayo, ketchup, onions and lettuce.

These burgers were piled with charred jalapeños, fresh red onion, and smothered in a creamy white cheddar sauce!🤤

Howdy!!! So being Labor Day here in the US. I decided I’m gonna make some burgers. I used Kirkland 85/15 ground beef, thick cut bacon, caramelized onions and Kraft Singles for the cheese. All on a toasted Brioche bun with homemade burger sauce. I cooked everything in the same cast iron pan in stages! And super duper tasty! I have great left overs now ;)

Sunday lunch cheeseburger.

From McDonald's in Germany. I love 💞😘 this ❤️😍 meal. It's the biggest sandwich they have. Besides the Big Tasty. It has much more sauce 🫙. The Big Tasty tastes too dry 😔. I'll post some fresh photos here. I took them on Saturday last weekend.

Malwart chuck. Disappointed to find out the beef had "natural flavoring". Still a decent burger but not my best.

Using our electric break stone. Hot spots... Don't get one. But for me it keeps the mess and heat outside.

I use my little all clad pot for my smasher. Perfect.

This cheeseburger started with 90/10 Wahlburgers premium ground beef, with salt & pepper, lea and perrins sauce, about 1/2 of thinly sliced yellow onions placed on top of the patty, then smashed in on top, cooked for about 3 mins, then flipped onion side down and cooked for about 3 1/2 minutes, then tonight I used white American cheese, creamy garlic and pepper sauce, hot fog relish ( no pickles) all on a Buttered and Toasted sourdough bun. Hooks you up with savory and sweet and will leave you with a warm and happy belly. Lol

I smashed the onions in at the start of cooking, flipped it and caramelized the onions in. Used jalapeño sweet mustard and some Aunt Annie's hot dog sauce, 2 slices of cheese. All on a toasted Brioche Bun. It was a good burger night.
