Hope this is allowed in here - just wanted to share this look I made. I have been SO obsessed with her recent tour outfits that I had to recreate this look. Still need to add some more hand painted stars to this but I am very happy with how it turned out. I am hoping to see Chappell at a concert someday so I have the opportunity to wear this corset!

Hi! I'm an artist from the Ozarks. I put out an article in the local paper that I wanted to paint a tribute mural to Chappell Roan in/near Springfield, Missouri--next to Willard. A local business owner wanted to use her SNL costume as inspiration for a French restaurant named La Roux Bistro, opening on Commercial street this summer. The second female figure was inspired by Sasha Colby.

Originally I was looking for a building owner who would give me a wall on the exterior so that everyone could enjoy the tribute. I'm a big advocate of public art. Her Hot to Go look would be the obvious choice.

I hope you like my tribute to her and I hope you'll check it out if you ever happen to make it to Springfield, Missouri. Chappell is a huge inspiration to me that anyone--from anywhere--can make a living as an artist.
