Post image

Why is it confusing or maybe it’s just me lol

So it basically means M2 is replaced by RM2 buses from 13-15th?
It’s just i have work all throughout those days (AM & PM shifts) and take the bus back home too… i have to go to & from the PAH station… but it says dat bus station is closed… i’m so dead
Am from South Bank

Plz & thx
I’ll also call translink but yeah

You can go to the bus station "underneath the busway" (remember PAH has two levels) or you can catch it at the O'Keefe street bus. The bus you will be catching will be the RM2, not the M2.

It’s been a few years since I was there, but they didn’t pick up people on the ground level when I was there

They don’t typically, unless they close the busway station.

Brisbane Metro doesn’t fit down the diversionary route, so like any true metro it needs a bus replacement service

Between the 13th and 15th, PA hospital station will be closed after 8pm. Because Metros generally cannot run on standard roads, the M2 route will be replaced by the RM2 (A standard bus). The RM2 route will run exactly the same stops, but instead of the upper level of the PA station, it will stop at the lower level of the PA station.

Sunday to Tuesday from 8pm the M2 will be the RM2 and first/last stop will be UQ Lakes.

I think we still have to pretend the metro isn’t a bus and we can’t see its bus wheels.

A bus to replace a bus? Is it a better bus, or a shittier bus? Does it include the weird bus jingle?
