Why is it that the most important book in the world is so complicated, needs a lifetime of academic study, and no one can agree on it? 😅

I've seriously scaled back the last three months - no books, no films. With how much I have on my TBR list and how many movies I'm slacking on I reasoned I can step back a little and I haven't missed purchasing anything in truth - hell it's been nice. But had a spare 30p today so decided three wouldn't be overdoing it. Happy with these 🙂

my local friends of the library had a labor day weekend sale and i might’ve gone overboard. everything was 25cents except for the fairyloot which i got as a bundle for $20.

Mostly used from thrift stores and flea markets.

Had just finished We Are Legion (We Are Bob) and really loved it. Husband said, let's go get the rest. Gonna have to wait a bit longer to get the 5th. Yay!

The Harry Potter books from Minalima really are exceptional in their level of detail. The illustrations and interactive elements are superb.

Great used book haul for $20

I stopped for a $5/bag sale but didnt love the selections. Went inside and found all these. I was most excited to spot the Daphne Du Maurier books! The others are still pretty well circulated. $30 for all

My fiancée is a Veteran ranger and his dad is a Vietnam vet. I’m trying to understand more about what his family has experienced. Grabbed all three for $3.
