Ich finde diese Plakate echt unglücklich gestaltet, da die schwarz, roten und gelben/goldigen Streifen sehr fest nach einer Deutschlandflagge aus sehen und passend dazu könnte man die Hand als H*tlergruss interpretieren.

Ich möchte noch betonen ich habe mich nicht mit dem Inhalt der Initiative beschäftigt und finde nur die Plakate unglücklich gestaltet.

Vorab: ich komme aus der Romandie und schreibe auf Deutsch, weil die Sache hier genauso gilt. Korrigiert mich, wo ich danebenliege.

Ich habe die kantonalen ÖREB-Dienste der ganzen Schweiz durchprobiert. Bern hat einen der saubersten — der Dienst antwortet zuverlässig und vollständig, während in anderen Kantonen der Abruf schlicht ins Leere läuft.

Was man in zwanzig Minuten gratis herausbekommt, bevor man eine Parzelle überhaupt ernst nimmt: die Bauzone gemäss kommunaler Nutzungsplanung (nicht die im Inserat), den Waldabstand, die Lärmempfindlichkeitsstufe, die Naturgefahren, und laufende Baugesuche in der Nachbarschaft.

Was der Kataster nicht sagt, und das ist der Teil, der weh tut: die Ausnützungsziffer und die Gebäudehöhe — die stehen im kommunalen Baureglement, oft als eingescanntes PDF; Dienstbarkeiten und Wegrechte, die im Grundbuch liegen; und die Grenzabstände. Für diese drei führt kein Weg an einem Architekten oder Geometer vorbei.

Mich würde interessieren: hat hier jemand vor einem Kauf tatsächlich reingeschaut? Und hat euch der Makler oder der Notar von sich aus darauf hingewiesen?

Grüessech ! I’m an apprentice and from Romandie and I’m trying to move out of my parents’ place. The thing is I will need to commute daily by train, so I’d need access to the main train station. But I’ve been looking for so long and I can’t find anything ! I visited a few that were perfect but each time there’s like 15 ppl viewing it and of course I don’t get the luck to get picked…

I bi 36 M us Bern, ha Famillie u daher o nid mega viu ziet, aber mängisch wirds haut gliech längwillig und vorauem würdi gärn mau wieder nöi Lüüt kenne lehrä.

My husband, two year old, and I are visiting Bern for a week next week. It is partially for business. We are American. I have been saving different parks and museums for us to visit with our toddler in Google Maps, but was wondering if anyone could share other free or low cost activities perfect for a two year old? Any other advice is welcome, too. Like are there kid friendly coffee shops or restaurants? Or what is it like in Bern with young kids? In America it can be very hard. I am curious if we might find Bern is more amenable to young families. Thanks!
