These sites give cash back on your online purchases. Online purchases require you to click their affiliate link prior to shopping. Ebates US has in-store offers as well. For TopCashBack UK Users: New users are automatically enrolled into the Plus membership. Downgrade to the Classic membership to avoid being charged £5/year.

Sites to Avoid: Definitely DO NOT post about or use these.

Paidverts — Shady owner, sketchy site. Keeps doing debt swaps (cash to BAP). Do not post.

Neobux — It isn’t really a scam, but they operate as a pyramid scheme. There’s money to be made online, but it’s definitely not there.

MarketGlory — It does pay out, but the pay is absolutely ridiculous. The only way to make a decent amount of money is to have a lot of referrals, and referral whoring on this subreddit WILL result in a permanent ban.

MindSumo — Not actually a r/beermoney site. It’s only spam in this sub.

G2A — Scam/sells stolen keys.

Quickthoughts — Many reports of people being banned when trying to withdraw as of 10/2018. Do your due diligence before possibly wasting your time on this app.

Sites with $100+ minimum — These sites usually offer higher than normal payments for simple tasks, with a high minimum to cash out. They are always scams.

Generic news sites that pay you ridiculous amounts to read an article (two euros??) — Common sense should take care of this, but in case it doesn’t, it’s always a scam. The site is usually hosted somewhere in Eastern Europe, and you will never get paid.

Free bitcoin sites/"faucets/cloud mining" (THIS INCLUDES QOINPRO) — This is not referring to those video-viewing/task sites (although they’re still paying fragments of a penny). I’m talking about sites that give you 0.000001BTC to fill a captcha (freebitco.in, dailybitcoins). Admittedly many beermoney sites pay low, but don’t even bother with these.

Data Annotation (besides the megathreads) and AI training sites. Many of these are legit but some aren't and new ones keep popping up and being spammed daily on the subreddit. It's also more closer to online work or an online job than beer money.

Also: Bitcoin mining is NO LONGER PROFITABLE. If you're really so keen on getting bitcoins, doing so through an exchange is your best option.

Here are a few more scam sites and sketchy sites.

Please note that presence on this post does not imply that r/beermoney or its moderators endorse the site or their views, actions, or policies. This list simply contains sites that are used by a large number of our users or are frequently mentioned on our subreddit.

We frequently monitor data from all the sites on this list from various sources to ensure that users are able and interested in utilizing them and if they do, that they also are getting paid promptly and fairly for all work they do. We make adjustments to this list and the order of sites accordingly based on all the data we receive.

Please make sure you follow the Rules of our subreddit and if you ever have any questions about anything beermoney related, please take a look at our extensive FAQ which should answer almost any question you might have.

Earnings Report Who Paid You For/In August 2026?

Upvotes

Hello,

If you feel like sharing any /r/beermoney sites that paid you last month, please feel free to do so below.

You can find previous months here, or by searching for "Who Paid You."

Here is our list of the Most Common BeerMoney Sites.

All the best from the /r/beermoney team.

Helpful Notes

  • Mturk is significantly more difficult to use without scripts. You can view Ox's guide here.
  • Prolific does not have an app. The app is a scam. Make sure to use their website.
  • Many online stores will not accept prepaid visa or mastercards. This may make it difficult to use the card or get the funds off of it.
  • Income is taxable and it may affect any benefits you receive like disability, ebt, etc. In the USA, you are required to report it if you earn $400 total between all sites combined and other self employment methods. Note: Rebates are not taxable.
  • Do not sell your accounts or verify an account for other users! Not only does this break every site's ToS, you will be on the hook for the taxes that user earns, you run the risk of having your identity stolen, and you may face criminal charges for allowing the person to work using your identity.
  • It is completely normal for sites to ask for personal information such as your name, address, phone number, ID, or a selfie. Most sites will not ask for this up front but when you go to cash out. Never give away your SSN unless it's for a known legit site like mturk. For W9's and whenever else possible, use an EIN instead.
  • Please do not share demographic information here! That information is used by scammers to defraud surveys.

PSA UserCrowd support actually reviewed my issue and helped. Credit where it’s due.

Upvotes

Shoutout to UserCrowd support, especially Shane

I'm honestly a little flabbergasted by how helpful UserCrowd support was, especially after my experience with UserInterviews (and that ole cunt Sarah).

I've completed 40+ studies on UserCrowd and misunderstood their recorded practice test. I thought it was an error, didn't complete it properly, and ended up losing eligibility for recorded studies and interviews. I asked if I could redo it, and the chatbot basically told me twice that it was final. No second attempt.

Eventually I got through to a human, and Shane replied the next day. He explained what went wrong with my submission, looked at my previous history, and adjusted my account so I'd remain eligible. He also reminded me that future submissions still need to meet their quality standards, which is completely fair.

That's all I was hoping for. Someone to actually look at what happened and consider my history. I wasn't expecting a guaranteed yes, but being told there was absolutely no way to fix it was upsetting.

Figured this deserved a post. I'm happy to speak up when support is frustrating, so I should give credit when someone actually helps, too. Thank you, Shane. Seriously.

Technical Issue Accounts keep getting deactivated

Upvotes

I have no idea what may be going on. I had been using E-rewards for quite a while when they suddenly and without notice deactivated my account. They would not provide an explanation other than to vaguely say I violated terms (no idea in what way they came to that conclusion).

I then tried Swagbucks. After about a week, my account gets deactivated. I contacted support and was in contact with a rep, they said they thought I was apparently using a bot (?!). I did no such thing, just mostly played games. They reactivated my account. I go to log in this morning only to find it's been deactivated again.

I'm pretty frustrated. Has anyone else run into this, with account access just randomly being deactivated?

Question CoinOut banning accounts for contacting support?

Upvotes

A few months back my CoinOut account was abruptly banned and the reason given was that I violated their terms of service. At the time, the only activities I'd done were scan receipts, answer surveys, and I had just started one game through CoinPlay. I received the first one or two rewards and the rest were not crediting, despite me reaching the milestones. I contacted support through the proper channels, got an email that I would receive my reward, and was then banned. I appealed and they reinstated my accounted without any explanation or apology.

Today, stupidly, I took the risk of contacting support one more time for a different, new CoinPlay app. Again, I received the first reward, but none since, even though I've hit milestones. So far, the automated message is that my request was denied, for "Not meeting the requirements of the offer - Violation of our Terms of Service while using our Services. " I 100% meet the requirements and uploaded a screenshot with proof.

Has anyone else had this kind of trouble with CoinOut? Surely it can't actually be against their TOS to expect the reward that you earned. If I'm going to have to jump through these kinds of hoops just to keep my account in good standing and getting the credit I earned, I think I'll just uninstall the app.

Question Using receipts on multiple apps

Upvotes

Hi, I have been using Fetch for several years now. Somehow my credit card got connected to my email so now a lot of receipts come by email automatically. Then Fetch picks most of them up. Sometimes I have to scan a couple manually.

I know there are other apps out there like ibotta and swabucks. Was debating to try one or two in addition to fetch. With those, can you get credit on multiple apps for the same E receipt? TIA

Cash Back Warning against topcashback virtual prepaid visa card

Upvotes

I just redeemed my balance on topcashback as virtual prepaid visa card and I now regret doing so, just want to warn people against using it. I tried using it in Google Wallet but it's not supported for tap to pay. I tried paying at several online stores and payments declined. I tried paying my membership due at a big national legitimate franchise gym here in the USA and it's declined from a "risk strategy" whatever that means. I reached out for support and the automated response claimed that the account has been submitted for review and try again after 24 hours. I waited more than 24 hours and the payment is still declined. I reached out to live agent this time and the live agent basically said that block on their side is removed but Merchant is not accepting or processing card payments. Why would a legitimate big business reject this VISA prepaid card? The issuer must be so fraudulent and suspicious. I've used other VISA prepaid card before and never had as much issue as this one.

Be warned against this fake and fraudulent statement for the card: "This card can be used everywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted, unless otherwise indicated on your card. Card issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.". So far I have not found a single store accepting regular VISA debit card that will accept this card and there is nothing in the FAQ or cardholder agreement that explains the details of unless otherwise indicated on the card.

Avoid at all cost and perhaps avoid topcashback altogether for allowing this to happen.

Upvotes

As per rule 10, please keep all crypto stuff on this megathread.

All other rules still apply.

Paid Study Anyone here have experience getting paid for higher-paying ‘ROI Rocket’ studies?

Upvotes

I’ve been doing paid research for a while and recently started participating in ROI Rocket studies. I’m currently on my second study with them, and between the two I’m expecting roughly $500 in total incentives.
I’m trying to get a better idea of what other people’s experiences have been with payment timing, especially for the larger studies. I haven’t found much recent information about ROI Rocket from participants, and most of what I’ve come across seems to involve smaller gift-card studies.
For anyone who has actually completed an ROI Rocket study:
• About how much was the incentive?
• Was it a survey, product test, IHUT, etc.?
• How long did it take you to receive payment after completing the study or returning the product?
• Did you have to follow up about payment?
• Was the full incentive eventually paid?
• Have you been invited to participate in additional ROI Rocket studies afterward?
I’m mainly trying to collect some real-world data points so I have something to compare my experience with. If you’ve done one of their higher-paying studies, I’d especially like to hear how the payment process went for you.

Technical Issue [AAA Mode Earn App] Woke up to a sudden account suspension?

Upvotes

I just woke up not too long ago to a complete suspension of my account. They said it was for unusual activity but I never did anything unusual last night, I just redeemed a $20 gift card and I don't know if I'm going to get it since my account is taken down. I had an active Earn Club subscription when my account was suspended so how does it work if I had a subscription? never used a VPN (I use it for other apps, not the app for earning) for using the app or anything but anytime I do, I get blocked so it wasn't the VPN thing.

It's just disappointing that the 65k points and the stuff I've been working on for a year is.. gone.

Question has store stacking actually been worth the gas for anyone or am i just burning money

Upvotes

been trying this for about a month because gas cost is through the roof where I live and i didn’t want to drive too much for round trip jobs that end up losing money for me.

basically i pick a Target that has a Starbucks, maybe get those small drip coffee if I need a boost, sit if there’s a seat (half the time there isn’t), and do phone stuff first. FB marketplace for cheap/free stuff to flip, some online gigs i already had, then i check what’s actually available in that store before i walk around.

then i do hetal retail and field agent while i’m already inside. hetal’s been the one that pays more, like $15 for 30 min of work. field agent i only grab if it’s the same store. not driving extra for those anymore.

on the way out i use coupon apps if i’m getting food or groceries so the trip isn’t just gas + a drink.

so far it’s… mixed. some days the in-store stuff covers it, some days marketplace is the only thing that actually made money, and one day i sat there for an hour and left with basically nothing after gas.

anyone work the same way for beermoney like me?

Legit Or Not? User Interviews App project question

Upvotes

I have been applying for a lot more projects with user Interviews lately and there was one that was for finance apps and linking different accounts for ai or something.. I dont remember the exacts but it was from peak talent. I was approved for it but I chose not to do it because I didn't have that many finance apps or my own budget to share for it. I got an email from someone at scalerailabs with a smaller project offer that requires just apps not finance specific ones. The email has a link for the project and it is peak talent again.

My question is, has anyone done any of these types of projects and are they safe? Is my information all going to be taken lol not that I have much for anyone to take anyway!

I started re-selling clothes end of July and have already made $214! I listed clothes on both Depop and Vinted but am having the best luck on Vinted with 75% of my sales coming from there.

The most time consuming and difficult part is taking the pictures of the items (front, back, tag, measurement) and since I’m a perfectionist I make the sure lighting and quality of pics is top tier otherwise some people still sell with low effort pictures.

I then used Gemini to write up a title/description/hashtag for the item and based on original price/market trends how I should price it.

I spent $9.99 on 100 polymailer bags and do have to drop packages off at usps or a designated drop off location for Speed X but that’s not a big deal to me.

Highly recommend this avenue if you have marketable clothes lying around you’re not going to wear again.

Question A Strange Problem with Opinion Outpost.

Upvotes

So I've been using the site for about a week and it's mostly worked as intended. However, within the last day or so, when I tried to redeem my points, all I got was an email saying 'your reward is confirmed' and then nothing. The points are still in my account and I got not email with an amazon voucher or whatever. I tried a few more times and had the same thing. Now when I try to redeem anything, all I get is a blank error and nothing else. Has anyone else had this issue?

For reference, normally I got the reward email within a few seconds of the 'confirmation, Email. This started when I noticed it had been 24 hours with nothing.

Have any of you tried this app? What do you think about it? Is it legit?

Any issues with using it?

I don't see a lot of people talking about it so I am a bit sceptical.

Any info is welcome. Thanks.
