Any ADHD individuals using Vyvanse in BD?

I’m curious if anyone with ADHD has been taking Vyvanse in bd and if so how? Afaik there is literally NO supply of vyvanse in bd and there is no place to get it from

Diagnosed by a psychiatrist and he would if it was available. For now im sticking with ritalin which isnt that effective for me sadly
