Against Ahga Petros and Malka Khoshaba plus their small amount of military men? 2000+ of that coward’s men got slaughtered like lambs. Did you know all of this?
Did you know he left his men to get slaughtered and he ran off and did not stay to fight?
Did you know he left his mom behind?

Actually, it’s the other way around. Every opportunity Kurdish groups have had to attack, abduct, forcibly displace, land encroach upon, sexually assault, or target Assyrians and their communities, many have acted on it. Assyrian businesses have been bulldozed, Assyrians have been attacked with axes during our New Year celebrations, and Assyrian cemeteries and churches have been desecrated.
These abuses have continued across generations, which is why many Assyrians see them as evidence of deep enduring genocidal attitudes based on their actions and genocidal rhetoric.
From the Assyrian perspective, if given the opportunity, Kurdish nationalist and Kurdish Islamist elements would seek to erase the Assyrian presence entirely. Are you denying that?
Many perpetrators have openly celebrated these actions in the name of nationalism or their Islamic religion, which only reinforces those fears based on Kurdish people continued love of using violence towards Assyrians.

Not true at all, if so give me one proof, Simko shikak saved the Kurds from an unlawful assyrian state initiated by the british colonizers on Kurdish lands.

The evidence is clear. There is not a single Assyrian community left in Hakkari today, the region is now all Kurdish. Assyrian churches and cemeteries continue to be desecrated, and many Assyrians point to repeated betrayals, including the disarmament and abandonment of Assyrians and Yezidis in Iraq before ISIS's advance. Also taking Assyrians homes in Kirkuk and north Iraq durning the American invasion
In my view Kurdish nationalist and Kurdish Muslims movements have repeatedly taken advantage of periods of violence, chaos and instability to pursue territorial and political goals, just as Kurdish groups aligned themselves with the Ottoman Empire in the past and others joined ISIS in more recent times.
When someone praises Simko as a hero, that tells me a great deal about their values, given his role in the killing of the Assyrian Patriarch under a peace treaty he had with the Kurds, always showing their best values then and now.
They will never change. They continue to celebrate such figures, and we all know why, because they view those responsible for the persecution and killing of Assyrians as Gods and Kurdish heroes rather than condemning their actions.
By doing so, they reinforce the belief held by many Assyrians that genocidal attitudes have never fully disappeared as shown by your comment.
Throughout history, Assyrian communities living “under Kurdish dominance” have too often faced death, abductions, sexual assault, forced displacement, force conversions, persecution, and demographic decline rather than security, equality, and prosperity. Because that’s Kurdish goals and intent is genocide and eradication of Assyrians.
Many Assyrians see this not as a series of isolated incidents, but as a recurring pattern that has repeated itself across generations. As a result, there is a growing knowledge that Assyrians will eventually disappear from their ancestral homeland altogether.
The continued celebration of figures associated with genocidal violence against Assyrians, along with the denial or minimization of past atrocities and current only strengthens the belief that the attitudes which enabled those crimes have never been fully abandoned. I will block Simko genocidal lovers.

Many Turkmen joined isis with their Sunni Kurdish and Sunni Arab counterparts in these actions. What makes it even more tragic is that some Turkmen women who were abducted remain missing to this day, and many families are still searching for answers. Yet ISIS never seriously attacked much of northern Iraq under Kurdish control which raises difficult questions.

They have continued to carry genocidal attitudes and intentions. It doesn’t seem to matter whether they are in the Middle East, Europe, or North America, or whether they identify as Muslim, atheist, communist, or secular many still believe in these things which is why they post things like this because they believe in it.
From my perspective if given the opportunity, they would target Assyrians again because history has shown that, in times of chaos and conflict, which they absolutely love instability and chaos. That is when they thrive the most and Assyrians have faced killings, forced displacement, looting, and kidnappings. That is why rhetoric glorifying war and instability is deeply concerning to many Assyrians.
Also, the abduction and forced conversion of Assyrian Christian women remains one of the most painful chapters of our history. These abuses continued even after Seyfo, into the 1990s and 2000s, which is why many Assyrians feel that the attitudes and behaviors behind them have never truly changed.
