i think it should be crematogaster, they are quite easy to keep, js let them live in the test tube for a while they'll grow very fast if u feed them right, make sure to attach an outworld when u see at least 20 workers because they love to forage

When and what do I feed this species?

i feed mine with around 100 workers like every day? they eat so much but dw u don't have to

feed them sugars every 3-4 days at 10 workers with a droplet of sugar water/honey and proteins every 4-5 days and prepare for the explosion i guess

good luck i really love crematogaster i hope u manage to get a big healthy colony

as for what literally everything works, mine eat everything going from dried food to ham and eggs they like everything but i suggest soft foods such as fruit flies if u can or just mealworms work great

Have them at 24-28 degrees and they love high moisture

Just keep them in a test tube set up until it has 20 workers then add an outworld and if they surpassed 100-150 workers then move them in a proper nest :)
