A record number of Israelis are leaving Israel because they are 'tired' of war. They are moving and travelling to Southeast Asia,parts of Europe and Latin American to unwind after participating in war crimes against Palestianians. A significant chunk of them are Ex-IDF soldiers (upto 70% of the Israeli population) who committed war crimes back home.

An Ex-IDF soldier Eitan Gilboa who demolished home and murdered Palestinian family in Gaza was found vacationing in India. Unfortunately he fled India.

I feel like screening Israeli tourists who participated in the war and committed war crimes, and subsequently banning them, is the least we could do to put diplomatic pressure on Israel. What do you think? 

Why do Indian men or south Asian men in general have such a bad reputation, especially online? I hate to say it, but almost every woman that I’ve spoken to has told me that at least once in their life, they faced harassment from a man of South Asian descent, especially online. I understand women face harassment from men of several backgrounds regardless of color, ethnicity or religious affiliation. A statistic says something like three out of every five woman has faced harassment before. However, why do South Asian and Indian men seem to be kind of unfairly singled out?

Immediate, 10 year, 20 year predictions?

And if the answer is because it’s not institutionalized and it’s just a few rogue soldiers doing these things, then why are people claiming that the IDF is a genocidal/war-criminal army and that Israel sanctions such behavior?

I know this sounds crazy. However, with cost of living increasing and wages remaining stagnant while quality of life continues to decline, maybe if USA officially loses the war with Iran that will signify the beginning of the end of what is the US military industrial complex? Such a sobering realization that the USA is indeed not invincible and that the average American is being sold out by their own government to fund foreign wars that only serves to enrich the elite will make Americans finally try in earnest to hold their government accountable and force capital hill to look inward at domestic policies rather than burn tax payer dollar trying to be the “global police” that no one asked for. Anyone hope the USA loses the war?

The American culture of individualism is unnatural and inferior compared to Japan's whose culture is collectivist. there's an emphasis on community, sharing and caring for others, people work together as a team instead of doing things by themselves. neighborhoods are so socially connected to the point that you can leave your kids alone to go run errands with no fear because they'll be watched by your neighbors. multigenerational living is the norm where families stick together and build wealth, which not only reduces loneliness but is also more financially efficient since you're not paying for childcare, rent, food, and other expenses solely on your own. that whole american belief of separating from the people you love in the name of "self-sufficiency" and "independence" is just ridiculous to me and never made sense. do they not realize that their lives would be so much easier and more fulfilling if they operated as a group instead of lone wolves?

We see a huge push for women’s visibility and promotion of women’s healthcare and helping women but it’s not on the same level for men.

80% of suicides are men and that means men are 4x more likely to be successful in suicide. Of those men the vast majority have no documented mental health or physical signs of suicidal ideation that are clear.

So my point is if we already have hard evidence that predominantly men are the most likely to commit suicide at a rate of 4x higher why haven’t we seen pushes in that area?

Little side note with the Lindsay Clancy case being so high profile why would it be completely different if a man killed his three children compared to her? Why would a man never get an insanity plea or argument/trial the same way Lindsay Clancy is?

Its weird like the whole world hates America… iran and canada now have something in common. Its almost like hes trying to make everyone hate America before he leaves.

Can someone explain to me a couple of issues.

1. How is it possibly legal that publicly elected officials who are responsible to the taxpayer can be signing NDAs with data center companies that prevent said officials from disclosing information to the public?

2. Why are data centers being allowed to tie in to the power grid which distributes the cost of their operating to the public who don't want them there in the first place?

3. Pursuant to #2, if data centers are going to be utilizing public resources from power to land and water, why aren't there profits being distributed to the public to compensate for the public costs incurred?

4. Why are data centers being built anywhere near residential areas? We have zoning laws for a reason and typically don't allow giant industrial or corporate parks to be built near schools and homes.

It all just seems like a bunch of horseshit and it's driving me nuts thinking about it and I'm wondering if I'm being too sensitive or too critical or missing something important.

Surely if the CEO/owner could go to jail from profiting on illegal labor they would make sure it doesn’t happen.

When will 9/11 stop being a national tragedy and just be a page in the history books? I noticed each year that passes 9/11 loses significance, especially amongst the younger generation.

Does therapy work for folks that are older than 60? Especially if its their first time? Are they too much set in their ways to make new changes? I know it depends entirely on the individual. Folks that are in this age range, has it benefited you? Or not? Did you wish you started therapy in your earlier years?
