I'm constantly getting a feeling of extreme disconnection now for some reason. I just spent today and yesterday trying to beat simulated battle trial floor 15 with a Sunna, Aria and Sigrid team (I ran out of ideas for anything else. I was trying to do Yuzuha, Aria and Remielle but Yuzuha isn't ready yet) for the 80 polychromes and I literally accomplished nothing. I know it's a skill issue because I see everyone else doing it effortlessly. I thought I was doing better but I'm not and I don't know why, I'm playing daily consistently and nothing's changing.

I'm posting this post here because I'm having trouble with Hoyoverse support, and I'm hoping someone might have some advice or experience on how to actually reach out to a specialist and get help.

I often have problems connecting to ZZZ while playing, this became more frequent in August. I also contacted support about this, but this is not the main problem, but only a small part of the main one.

During a recent anniversary event, I encountered a connection error at the moment when I had to choose a character (Vivian, Astra Yao, Sid, or 2 pieces whose name I forgot). To get this character, I had to make purchases and get 10,000 tickets to participate in the event, and I fully fulfilled the conditions. Due to a server/connection failure, the system crashed and did not allow me to make a choice.

I registered the application with the HoYoverse help center at the very second when the error occurred, on August 31, 2026. Today is September 7, 2026, and for the past week my case has been dragging on, and I've only been getting responses from automated bots that give me generic, useless answers.

I'm genuinely upset. I spent real money to meet the requirements of the event, was blocked due to a technical error on their side, and now the automated system ignores me for more than a week.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem or knows how to get a real support agent to check a stuck one?

I decided to try and come back to ZZZ after I don't know how long of inactivity since it came to Steam. I saw the 2nd Anniversary free S-Rank and decided to look up which characters would be best to pick. I ended up picking Lucia on a total whim because I just saw the word "Support" and my brain went "Oh, yeah, her, I have too many DPSs anyway."

Only after I took her I researched more and found out she's specifically a Rupture Support... While I have zero characters that are Rupture DPS.

I feel like a giant fucking moron and this nearly killed my desire to try and get back into the game. I attached my entire roster if anyone has any advice for me but for now I will wallow in my idiocy because I wasted a Free S-Rank selection on basically nothing.

Yesterday it started downloading the 3.2 update file; it was supposed to install tomorrow, September 8th. A little while ago I paused it, put the PS5 in rest mode, and when I came back, I ran into this, it's been like this for almost an hour, there's no progress bar or anything in the manager, the update file scheduled for tomorrow doesn't appear, what should I do?

After completing a significant upgrade to my PC's hardware, I'm giving ZZZ another go after briefly playing during July and December 2024. I'm having difficulty picking up where I left off and getting my head around what has been added since. Genshin Impact is my usual game since its release, but ZZZ is a very different beast with limited transferable knowledge between them.

I'm currently at Interknot level 36 and Season 1 Chapter 2, so I need to progress the story much further before thinking about W-Engines and discs. I also have a bunch of outstanding commissions and side-quests. I don't think there is enough time left to start the limited events that are currently running.

I pulled Miyabi and Harumasa back in 2024, chose Trigger and her W-Engine from the anniversary banner, and had some wild luck obtaining Remielle within my first ten pulls on her banner, and then Rina within my first ten pulls on Sigrid's banner. However, I have yet to figure out who teams up well with who beyond Anby, Nicole and Billy going together as the starter lineup.

Are there any good resources or advice out there on what I should focus on completing to get up to speed and progress beyond button mashing my way through the game?

Im currently planning on pulling and building Miyabi. I have pulled Yuzuha now, and planning for Nangong. Thing is do i need their w engines or M1for Yuzuha and Nangong? Im thinking of getting Miyabi and just her w engine since im a f2p

I came back to ZZZ after an extremely long break to save for Severian and I have no idea what should I do to make it easier for me to get through content. My teams are really outdated bc I don't have much of characters, especially no new characters.

S agents I have: Jane, Miyabi, Harumasa, Lucia, Rina, Koleda, S11, Zhao, Zhuyuan, Grace and that's it. And a bunch of A agents.

Would really appreciate if you suggest who should I pull and invest into 🙏

I'm 30 pulls away from a guaranteed Remielle W-Engine but obviously there is only 9 or so hours left on this patch. Do you think it's possible for me to grind the Labyrinth for two hours to achieve this goal or am I tweaking

I've exhausted all of my other options for poly's because I lost the 50/50 for both Remi and Sigid + had to go to max pity for both

29 draws until guarenteed pity. So I can technically choose who I want (because I lost Aria 🥲)

Anyways side talk, people that knows me keeps saying Im underusing my characters. Especially Shunguang. Not sure. I just dont really use her because she isn't one of my favorites
