Which seat looks good?

I am planning to modify the fzx seat into the brat style to give it more like a scrambler look. Does it look good on the bike or the original seat looks better? (Chatpgt made the seat very thin btw)

I was serious because in my group there was mixed votes.

Some riders liked the formed seat because it located you on the cushion part of the seat.

Some riders like the straight saddle seat because it kept the seat low and you can position yourself anywhere on long rides.

Some passengers like the straight saddle they can slide forward or back.

Some passengers like the formed seat because of the extra padding.

After the argument got loud we cancelled it and left it alone to personal preference.

In terms of pure looks I like the lower one. The upper one has a front seat height of 810mm that is high enough and the passenger seat is even high, although it is comfortable when seated most passengers have trouble sitting in the first place. The lower one gives more accessibility to the pillion and me as a driver and I personally like the looks but I dont have any idea how it would affect the comfort of both the driver and pillion (definitely foam cushion would be reduced for pillion compared to the upper one)

Definitely there would be extra foam padding giving the bike more comfort after the pillion is seated, but the seat height of the bike is a problem for the pillion to be seated in the first place

More than bullet, the aim is to make it look more like retro scrambler type than the mix or neo retro and with sports elements at the back (and whatever the bike seems to be)

I own an MT15 and even it's seat is comfortable for my friends during city rides. So I can't see how either of the seat mods could make it less comfortable.

Only the seat foam reduces at the back, otherwise it would be better for the pillion to attempt to sit. And yeah, city rides wouldn't do a single harm in that seat.

In my opinion the flat seat is not suitable to that bike, styling, it’s more of an old-school flat seat and it seems it doesn’t belong to a non classic model, although being naked, it not really revivalist. That is only my opinion, you may think otherwise, of course.

The brat seat only goes with the bikes who have a properly flat chassi at the rear, which is mostly retro styled bikes. Mine is a neo retro but I dont understand why they gave the minor sports like elements like raised back seat and tyre hugger.

I think the brat seat gives this bike more in character look that is present in rest the of its body.
