Knowing Shrek, he sure wouldn't mind a few rounds of Gwent. Also, he'd probably know Geralt ain't a threat since he just keeps to himself in the swamp, and Geralt doesn't kill sentient beings who doesn't provoke anyone.

There’s a weird TW connection with shrek. One of the lead writers for shrek was a big Witcher fan, which arguably influenced how it has twists on common fairy tales
