There have been many many videos of just this happening. Missiles misfire and friendly fire. Not saying thats what happened here, but to say that its a talking point of the government to simply suggest something other than what's being told by one party is emotional knee jerk that shows you're probably not capable of having good dialog.

No no, some people are just that indoctrinated.

Though it would likely have been better if this was a bot, but a lot of Americans(and others , US propaganda is strong) do exists who think US is the good guy everywhere.
