When and where to look for Fall 27 housing

Where will I find postings or listings for homes to lease? When do they start coming up for next fall. How do groups leasing together do a lease so everyone is individually responsible? Thanks!

Hi! Traditionally, this is usually done through group chats, and as you can probably guess, it can get pretty hectic. I’m part of the team behind Sublo, a free student housing marketplace app built by Georgia students and already used by hundreds of students. It’s on the App Store and includes filter based match percentages, # of listing views/favorite notifications, and in app messaging so you don’t have to worry about messages getting buried in groupchats. We’re currently live at UGA, GT, GSU, KSU, Georgia Southern + more! People start listing their places for the fall as soon as they find out their plans so you can find some about a year before or a couple months before that semester starts!
