You can buy normalement, but delivery and douane is the issue, you might have to may extra and its super unpredictable.
Sinon, I hate you for the kafteji picture.. made me suddenly hungry

Probably, but for sure ure gonna end up paying 50$ for a 2$ item, between shipping, exchange fees and carte technologique fees and customs in tunisia, this is if ur item doesnt get lost or stolen 🤷 but otherwise what do u need from Amazon

To answer your question yes you can use that card to buy from Amazon
If you can buy the same product you're looking for on Amazon but from AliExpress it'll be better. For some reason Diwane customs hate Amazon purchases. They might even rise the tax on the package.
I've been buying from AliExpress for 3 years now and learned almost all the tricks the Diwane does on my packages.
