Some of the Top Gear challenges actually look like they’d be a lot of fun to try, at least until you remember how badly things tend to go. I reckon I’d have a go at one of the simpler ones, but definitely nothing involving a huge drop or setting a car on fire.

There are so many jokes and running gags from Top Gear that have somehow stayed funny no matter how many times you’ve heard them. Some are completely ridiculous, but they still hit every time and instantly bring back memories of the show.

It’s worth noting that the former Top Gear script editor did work on the current season of The Grand Tour. He shared his thoughts on how to make good car TV, as evidenced by his work on Top Gear over the years… 😅

I'm going to feel really embarrassed when I rewatch the TG episode and discover he gave a whole lecture about it.

My dad lives in Finland, some of the earliest memories I have with him is watching Top Gear and he loves the show, what way(s) would there be for me to get him the collection of Top Gear series for father’s day? The full DVD set wouldn’t be great, but there’s hardly any better way or?
