There's a button she can press to end the stream whenever she feels like it. The sadists who keep donating to her are paying to see her suffer, but for all we know it's just her acting scared and tired. The background is a looping greenscreen. She's not typing to the "fans" so even she could be a loop.

It just makes more sense than her doing it because someone behind the phone has a gun pointed at her ready to shoot if she stops dancing.

We don't actually know if she's streaming of her own free will though. China has streaming sweatshops where people, usually women, are forced to stream all day. They often use green screens because they're held in tiny cubicle-like rooms with several other people doing the same thing. They're monitored the entire time and if they start pulling less views they get reprimanded.
