One time I saw a cat while walking down the street, so I leaned over and said "hey beautiful, you wanna come here?" In a very soft voice. A lady across the street yelled "NOT INTERESTED." I awkwardly stuttered out "t-t-the cat- I was- I wasn't- it was the cat" at which point she apologized profusely.

Catcalling is named that for a reason lol. In the literal sense. There are tons of outdoor/feral cats in my area. I can go on a regular walk after 7pm and see like 8 or more. But maybe one or none will respond to pspspsps and asking for pets. At this point I can recognize resident cats that are all for it, and cats I've walked past dozens of times and are permanently on 'I won't run away from you, but that's all you are getting' status.

I think the increase in Turkey teeth procedures has made some folks forget what human teeth look like.

Unrelated to that: Making fun of people's teeth is typical classism. Most people would have great looking teeth if they could afford it. A lot of people who didn't have braces as a kid and dont have a commercial perfect smile came from a household that couldn't afford dental care.

Lmao, they deleted their account. Not all WoW/video gamers are socially inept, and not all socially inept people play WoW/video games. But that venn diagram is definetly closer to a circle than not some days.
As someone fortunate enough to have dental care growing up, I used to carry some pretty harsh views on people who didnt have decent looking teeth. That was when I was a teenager and was just a general asshole. I also didnt take good care of my teeth in my early 20s and since have had to spend a good amount of money to fix a few issues.
As an adult, I very much know that its deeply rooted in classism and since have changed that behavior and opinions. If I see someone with adult braces I'm very happy for them to be making postive changes. And I will never make fun of someone for something like not having a Hollywood smile again.
