for context, i’ve been playing Terraria since i was 6, on my dads Note 3. I’m now 19 and starting college so i had to get a laptop. i’ve been playing normal terraria for over 13 years and i finally got to try out calamity! terraria has always been my favourite game and im ready to start a new chapter along with a new terraria play through <3

As you've seen lately, I've been playing the new version, and while I was playing, more and more ideas came to mind, and I want to share them here in case developers want to use them. Feel free. ^^

the angler and pirate are like top 2 npcs of all time for someone like me (i love fish i love aquatic life i love the golden age of piracy!!)
i got really bad cuteness aggression while drawing them ugh somebody squish them like bugs…

also ignore the pirate’s gun i gave the hell up on it halfway through because weapons r not my strong suit and i had absolutely no clue how to go about it bcuz like what even is that

Since the orca came back from legacy console, dos ocram have a chance? I feel like if they gave him a redesign and changed the fight, he could work. Proly just nostalgia talking

As one of my previous poste, I managed to get a few treasure bags from one boss that has a rare drop; The Empress of Light and the Stellar Tune. So, do you think I'll get 1, multiple or none?

For your information, I still don't really need anything, that's just for fun. So the Terraria divinity that oversees the drop rate should not be alarmed...

And yeah, the terraprisma is dropped outside of the bag, so no bag opened yet

I LOVE Chippy’s set, its so cool seeing the cloak turn into wings as i fly around. What if we could go a step further though, any cloak in the vanity slot of wings should automatically a winged appearance (may vary depending on cloak).

Star cloak could have some tiny yellow stars “bursting” out from underneath the cloak while it doesnt flap but flu sort of like Dr. Strange’s cloak where it just kinda billows out but doesnt flap to fly.

Mana cloak could do similar to the Star cloak but with a few larger blue-ish stars as well, with some extra “magick-y” streaks

Chromatic cloak would make the underside of the cloak look like the aether biome + shoot out those small white-ish pink stars

Druidic cloak could maybe grow some leafy kinda wings out from under it or maybe even look like you’re “hovering” in a windy fall day kicking up a few leaves around your character when in flight

Im unsure what the other capes could look like, maybe some could billow like Dr. Strange or some could flap or “hover” (not hovering like hoverboard/carpet)

Terrablade should be post golem, maybe make it crafted with beetle shells, or make mothron only drop a broken hero sword after golem.

There should be a boss between golem and cultist, a bunch of stuff happens post golem with really cool weapons but they immediately get replaced with pillar weapons.

Speaking of pillar weapons there should be three for each, like a grenade launcher for vortex, a true melee weapon for solar, and idk what for nebula

Hellstone should be post skeletron, using molten armor and hellstone weapons against everything post evil boss makes me and a as genuinely sad for the bosses. Same thing with the demon scythe

Edit: I would also love an expansion on multi classing/class utility for multiplayer. Like making mage a semi support that gives their team buffs(like nebula armor) summoner being a high mobility glass cannon build but idk i think that’s just because ive been on a hero shooter kick recently

for context i was fighting mushroom monarch and im on mage so i was spamming the hell out of mana regeneration potions.. mid way through i drank another potion and in chat the game said that i drank too many potions

now my character has a floating toilet above their head and theres a GOOPING sound radiating from my game

update i used the nurse to relieve myself but if anyone can tell me where this statusis from id appreciate it

I wanted to get the very needed 3 fishing power boost from the gummy worm, and so I made a skyblock world and made a stone platform underground to farm for the golden worm. Worms did indeed spawn, but so did slimes, which could kill my prescious golden worm. After moving in three NPCs, the slimes stoped, but all critters also disapeared and were replaced by a lot of bunnies. I tried this in a normal non skyblock world as well, and all I get are bunnies. Is this just how it works, or am I doing something wrong? Also, are there better ways to get the golden worm?

Was playing a new summoner Legendary mode run with the secret seeds of FTW, Drunk, Abandoned Manors and Pumpkin Season. First bug not shown is that the demolitionist’s grenade is phasing through the first enemy it makes contact with but not any others, just the first. Second bug is shown in the picture. I’m not complaining just found it funny I stumbled upon this lol

How is the underside of this dock made? I can make out actuated platforms connected to actuated rich mahogany wood, but how is that arch made? The block looks like wood, but it can't be as there is no blending, and I can't tell what wall is used to create the curve. I can only make out the middle protruding bit, which is the bottom of a rich mahogany fence. Any help?
