I dont get how Riot Games can create this atrocious client and think, " yea it looks good. The players are going to LOVE it! " Maybe once every set, there would be a massive bug or a way overpowered comp, but this client is just unplayable. I mainly play on PC, but I tried playing on mobile, and it was just a miserable experience. Everything was choppy, took a while to load, and the gameplay experience was just not fun. It's like having a favorite restaurant. The owner tells everyone, " we are coming up with a brand new recipe, and it just comes up with garbage." Nobody asked for a new client. The client was fine as it is, i heard no communication from Riot, and they just expect us to take it.

Why did my aphelios so basically 0 damage? He had a rage blade, gamblers blade, and giant slayer.

Was this a bug?

I don't know when the switch happened, back in previous sets I used to blind play the set till i started losing then I'd look up what are the strong 4 costs or rerolls and play around them, now everyone is running hyper optimized lines in my placement games, stage 3 feels like it doesn't matter anymore and somehow everyone already decided what they were gonna play at stage 2, and why isn't there any support units, it feels rigid like u can't do what you want

I wanna go back to playing TFT but I've seen the game is not on a good state rn so I'll wait till all the bugs gets ironed out and hopefully the separate client is out too.

I hit Emerald in Set 16. Can barely break into Gold IV right now. Took about eight 4ths/5ths in a row, and cannot seem to figure out late game. Every straight forward comp feels triple contested every game, and I when I try to play flex, I always fall off late. Anyone else have these problems this season? Any tips on some straightforward comps that arent super contested right now?

I'm not looking for something specific but it was possible to get a random legend or a arena if you got lucky.

But now I wonder that if you do get lucky, Can you get the 'unavailable' legends/arena's.
I'm aware that most you get with random pulls are realms crystals.

The balance in this set sucks so far. For context, I don’t care about ranked or actually winning. I find joy in experimenting with different traits or trying to max out traits. This set seems exceedingly punishing in this regard. In prior sets getting max traits was nearly always fun and guaranteed to get you deep far into the game even with losses early on. Now it feels like I’m often getting eliminated early on unless I go with a meta build that doesn’t get absolutely countered by pebbles, or tanky front line like rift beasts or elderwood. It makes it so the only you can win is to play the same shit everyone is playing when I find joy in building unorthodox builds.

I just started playing this set. Played several prior, but didn't like the one prior. I've been doing alright, fairly typical learning curve but I only lost one round this entire game. I ended with 87 life. Is Blossom/Blossom's Call just that powerful? Was it the two emblems? I did well but I'm not really sure why, so I am looking for information on what made this only lose one round.

As a new-to-this-set player, I am also open to any constructive criticism.

Got the deadlier caps augment, then got Veigar to 3 star on stage 3. Got second place, lost to 3 star master Yi with 2 radiant items.

I needed 1 more 4 star veigar for potentially 5 star? my first veigar had 200%+ ap from killing

Set 17 I was playing very good. I was playing mostly choncc but I was very often top 4. That was like normal for me but now? This set 18 is damn nonsense for me. Last round I lost vs that guy who is first. I had 2x 3 stars 3, 1x 3 stars 2, and one 3 stars cost 1. I have damn good item but my tanks were melting WITH EVERYONE. In set 17 my 3 cost 3 star tanks were unkillable but now it’s like no matter what I give, no matter how much stars, it seems like RNG. What am I doing wrong? I’m doing everything what I did in set 17 and I can’t even be top 4 and that’s my target. I’m barely managing not to be 8th.

Did not played the game since dragon set (maybe set8 idk) and why cant i use my darkin Abyssia? Also game was laggy asf while having good pc (i7 13650, rtx4060, 16gb ram) did riot just nuked the game?

I might just be dumb but I'm thoroughly confused on how this feature works. it Ignites the slot but doesnt do anything whenever I dont reroll or wait till next combat. the champion doesnt upgrade and I just dont get any inferno based heroes. Am I just dumb or is it bugged right now

I got 7 infernals and lost quite easily.

It made me feel their benefits aren't that good.

Some builds are quite good with just 2 of them. 3 of them may work too.

Anyway, I tried both 5 and 7, and it isn't strong enough. When u reach 7, you have already lost many matches, so you are close to lose and, as I said, their benefits aren't strong enough.

Since 2-1 I had Teemo placed, only 2 shrooms picked.
