I'm a longtime elder scrolls fan. From whenI played Morrowind, tracing quest objectives across that paper map, reading all the text, making small discoveries. And I loved Oblivion, even when it stripped away things I loved. The quests, the immersion, the lore were all there.
And of course I played Skyrim the day it came out. I played vanilla and then modded and all the extra releases. I was so saddened when they gave up on dlc because they couldn't port to Playstation.
And I've waited.
I played fo4 and 76 and starfield. I gave everything a chance i waited while they hired & fired extra staff to make this one game over years and years.
I didn't want much from my life. To work, to exist through some crazy years. To finally play this game and explore a different world.
But then it happened. Suddenly and without warning, I went from my prime to downed by a stroke. Maybe permanently disabled. I was in perfect health when Skyrim came out. But I couldn't last until the sequel.
Don't take your health for granted. Remember me and everyone else who didn't make it to release. I hope the game is beautiful. I hope it's worth the wait.
Forgive my errors, typing is hard. May you all make it, stay healthy.
If full Iliac Bay region is in game then a Breton mage, but if pure hammerfell, one handed redguard (sword user). An orc lady would be cool for a 2nd playthriugh I think given all the tension.
Friend, my step mom fully recovered from a full left side stroke. It was work, she had to relearn how to walk and talk, but now you would never even know it happened. I am hoping this can be the same for you! 🫡
I know typing is hard but if you’re up for it I’d love to hear about your other TES characters and their stories that you’ve played over the years. Also, give me a name for a weapon as well as the type (like steel or daedric or ebony, etc.) and an enchantment and I will craft it in your honour
My favorite was a nord woman named runa who started out as a vampire in Redwater Den. moddeed alternative start. After escaping from there, it was an evil DB playthrough, using a mod that allowed for a stealth mage build. And then she melt up with Inigo and led him and herself through a redemption arc around Dawnguard. But she stayed a vampire, traveling with Inigo and Serana. Eventually settled in Hjerim after resolving the serial murders (as violently as possible). She had white blonde wavy hair; red lips, andvwas incredibly fun to role play. Never too good, but trying when it made sense to better the world.
Peak. I love writing characters and progressing an arc throughout a story. They’re always the most memorable. Thank you for sharing and God bless you!
If you do happen to have that enchanted weapon name and idea I would make it and use it on a playthrough! I like to make my own sort of artifacts that show up in each game so I’ll add it to the list
I always like to have an orichalc dagger with soul trap on it. I just think those style daggers look beautiful and brutal. Great for a last hit. I don't know what I'd name it. Soulrend?
Orc mercenary who sells soul gems and enchants weapon and armour for profit and gear for the Stronghold? Started doing it after discovering a mysterious enchanted dagger one day? Maybe its use over extended periods has consequences? New playthrough coming soon
When you turn into a ghost remember to fly to Bethesda headquarters take all the information you can of the game and find a medium or someone with a oija board and relate them all so they can post it here and shutdown every rumor about the game coming next year(it will be 2028)
OP, where would you like your soul to go? Sovngarde, the Shivering Isles, Sithis and the Void? If you’d like, we could soul trap you and make an enchanted helm… you just say the word and we’ll do it 🫡

What would you name your TES VI character? I will use the name in my first playthrough.
