Old Toilet

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/92250630#/?channel=RES_BUY

It's been boarded up for the last 50 years, shame there are no interior photos. Apart from a shop not sure what you can do with this building.

This time next year, that will be a 2 bedroom bijoux cottage in the heart of the city commanding aspirational views with a monthly rent of £48,000!! #YouHeardItHereFirst

Looking at the location , I suppose it would have to be converted into some sort of commercial property.

I’d buy it but keep it as my own private toilet in case I’m ever in Eltham and need a piss.

Somehow that will end up as flats but I'd legit be able to make something out of it
