Pray for me--moths in my socks!
I just had to put almost all of my socks in the freezer and throw some away (too upset about it to repair)!
I keep everything in ziploc bags, but the buggers are very determined!
Had to inspect all the sweaters too just in case, but they seem to be unscathed.
Lucky I both knit socks constantly and have over 3 dozen pairs!

Plastic bags don't stop moths. Never have.

So what does? I've had good luck for quite a while with thick plastic bags.

Pretty much nothing.
The freezer doesn't kill all the eggs. You need trunk of the car in the middle of the summer temperatures.

I can't keep all the woolens in the trunk of the car forever. I'm getting some more thick bags.

There is no plastic container that can keep moths out of your socks. But if you remove all the moth food from your house until the moths are dead, you can bring your socks back in later.

So my cat and my dog and all the wool clothes?

There is very good information on the net about how to rid your house of moths. Wrapping your pets in plastic isn't necessary.

I'm reading a lot of conflicting information. There is no way to rid our home of fur and dander.
