I mean it also helps that he was tried in Texas where they don’t believe in mental health exceptions. She’s being tried in Massachusetts, which has a very different political climate.

Should also be noted that his case was over 20 years ago. The attitude toward mental health in general has changed a lot.

She's just gonna do it again. They can't fix this kind of crazy, and they need to be permanently separated from the non homocidal pool of the population.

Do a search for the woman who drowned her kids in the bathtub for the husband to find coming home. Years pass and she's set free or whatever. The husband forgives her, takes her back and they have 3 more children.

So, she drowns them in the same ol' bathtub that she used to kill their previous children.

People should just realise we cannot hug problems away.

How do you know they can't fix this kind of crazy? What study, what qualification, do you have?

If you're going to bring up precedents as evidence, would you take precedents of instances where mentally-ill people who committed manslaughter are successfully treated as proofs that you are wrong?
