If society can't agree that child murder is wrong

You think that those that want her to be accurately medically examined are saying murder is not wrong?

Not even the murderer herself or her legal defense are saying "murder is wrong". She's guilty. She day is she's guilty, her defense says she's guilty, those that want her to be properly examined say she's guilty.

She only decision is whether she is out into a join or a psych ward.
