Also, Battaglia explicitly did NOT plead insanity. He only brought it up during the penalty phase of trial, saying he shouldn’t be killed because he had bipolar.

Yea. It is the same when you get down to it. John killed his kids. Lindsay killed her kids. They are the same. Crazy that people are still downplaying murder on this sub. Make up whatever excuse you want. Murder is murder.
