I mean it also helps that he was tried in Texas where they don’t believe in mental health exceptions. She’s being tried in Massachusetts, which has a very different political climate.

Reading into his Wikipedia he also has a history of violence, and he killed the kids during an episode for revenge on his ex-wife.

He still knew what he was doing was "wrong" even if it was psychosis. It's pretty hard to argue insanity with this amount of history and mental logic.

That guy is a pos. So is Lindsay. She asked her husband to get food and medication far away. She called him back while she was killing them. She tried to take her own life...except the experts involved said that they dont believe her attempt to kill herself was genuine.

Are you kidding me. She took pills, cut herself, then jumped out from the 2nd floor.

Toxicologist testified she didnt take enough pills. Her cuts - Several first responders described on the stand as "superficial" and "not actively bleeding." And she jumped from basically 12 ft off the ground to 'kill herself', like jumping off a goddamn ladder.

It's not like the house had a third floor to jim off from. She clearly wasn't succesful at suicide, but you don't end up a cripple for the fun of it.
