Can we be honest if it was in thr same state with similar circumstances he would be judged harsher. Women have life harder a myriad of ways but getting off easier in court isn’t one of them.

Also one of the few positive outcomes of the covid lockdowns was mental health entering mainstream discourse in a serious way. Obviously its been abused, but its been a big decade for your average person accepting that mental health is a real thing.
