Now I work labor jobs and such and I don't know where this is, that wouldn't fly with these boys. A manager who tried to enforce that would get jumped outside his car leaving work.
What's crazier is I'm in a trade that has a very proud Union. They love their Union so much and think it makes them better. They all vote hard R republican. Wild
Especially with the recent starbucks stuff. Im an american who thinks unions are very important, but i dont dare say that or i risk being called a "cOmMuNiSt" and harassed
It is very common for blue collar jobs especially to be against unions. The corporations put propaganda out that demonizes it as "unAmerican" or against the values of the company. Its really common, and people often are at risk of being fired if they try and create a union or it is discovered that they are a part of one that isnt officially backed by the company.
