Issues with Kraken CPA app/free transit ticket

If anyone has had issues this season with the Kraken/CPA app, specifically trying to access their free transit ticket, after many many many emails back and forth with the nice folks at the Kraken, there is finally a solution. (If this doesn't work for you, you can email mobile@seattlekraken.com).

"You may have a default app set for the Storm app that is interacting with how both the Kraken app and Storm app are communicating with Ticketmaster.  We’re planning on reaching out to Ticketmaster about this as well because this is a poor experience. 

In the phone’s main settings, tap on Apps -> Storm -> Defaults -> Tap the Clear button under Open by Default

Then when you open the Kraken app and go to login to your Storm Ticketmaster account, you should get prompted with an Open With option where you can say the Kraken app just once."

Better late than never, with only a couple of games left!
