People be forgetting that the word proxy basically means gettaway driver, which means we've been being criminals.That along side hacking, now enhanced by fary, means we've most definitely broken more laws and racked a bigger sentence than Ramielle at this point. It's actual divine intervention (plot armor) that Phaethon isn't perpetually hunted for accessing databases, hijacking surveillance devices, and just generally being in places we have no good reason to be in.

Ever since phaethon got offically endorsed by the major its safe to say that their past crimes where ignored and they are now no longer criminals despite still technically being proxies. In any offical business they are called "hollow navigation experts". Fairy is the only that is still carelessly breaking laws despite phaethon telling her not to. Remielle knows that and even actively tried to keep phaethon out of her business so their new honorable reputation wouldn't suffer.
