Blue Card
Looking to get my blue card. Where is the best/easiest place to get it ??? Also any study tips let me know. I heard the test is pretty much common sense.

thats what ive seen from what ive researched, looking into see what ppl in pour area have experienced and gone thru. what the packet i read its defintly common sense

If you know to not shoot yourself in the face you should be able to pass the blue card without issue. Half of it is true/false

I took mine at craston gun and coin it was easy. Common sence questions. If you end up failing it I don't think your ready to own/shoot a firearm . Not saying that in a bad way just in a way that it shold gice you some relief knowing it reallly is common sence stuff . Read the free study guides they have online and you'll be good to go my friend I put a post on this exact topic before I took mine cause I'm someone who likes to be prepared for things but still didn't feel it helped as the questions are really just so common sence . Just makee sure you fully read out each question . Some of them or worded in a way that it seems they are just trying to trip you up slightly. But you'll be alright. Go for it!

Depends on where you are, any gun store can do it.
It's very easy. My friend decided to wing it and didn't study anything, and had only ever shot a gun once before. He passed first try.
I wouldn't recommend that though.

As eveyone said any gun store will do it no problem. (they see it as a potential customer). The questions are extremely basic and usually saefty centric. Usually they give you an informational packet you can review before the test that covers what will be on the test.

thats partly why i asked too i wanna have a good relationship with the ppl im going to be buying guns from, although im sure i wont just be visiting one store.

Any local gun shop. The hardest question I got was how to cock a revolver, one hand or two?

Easiest? If you cannot pass that test, I politely request that you not go outside, let alone handle a firearm.

Any FFL can send the test and form out for you and it'll come by mail in a few days, or you can make an appointment with DEM to take the test at one of their offices and get the card same day

It is very much common sense but would still spend a few minutes reviewing the content.
Sakonnet River Outfitters in Tiverton is a great choice if in the area.
