Remember that it's not just him. Especially not just him. He has a whole team that push his worst "decisions" left up to him it would stuff like this. The immigration crackdown is definitely Miller. Voting probably is as well. Last term maybe an idea he would have. He's too vain for the most hurtful policies. He wants monuments. I'm not minimizing, I'm pointing out there are a lot of people that have had a hand in steering the ship in his name that need to be recognized. They're using him as a proxy.
