Computer for Anno 1800 and Sims 4

I’d love a computer that can run games like Anno 1800 and Sims 4 without having to reduce the graphics or having late game lagging as my world gets filled with more stuff. I have literally never in my 26 years of life had a computer that was painless and that’s what I want. My current computer is at deaths door and requires an hour of troubleshooting to get to boot up properly and even then doesn’t always get me past the login screen. I’m a full-time working mom that just sometimes wants to be able to play some games and chill out for a bit but I can’t right now. I really don’t have a lot of money but would rather wait and save up for something that will last a decade or more than buy something cheaper right now that will be done in 3-4years. My family of four is moving into a fifth wheel for a few years while building a property so the smaller the computer the better. I don’t care about streaming or multiplayer or anything, just my big fancy nice graphics single player games. If I were to buy today I’d have about $1,000 I could put into it. I have monitors and keyboard and mouse hdmi cords etc. already.
