You’re just throwing word here

The average american has the literacy of a 6th grader, why is maga always under that?

u/WoozyMaple 1d ago

MAGA is only about 33% of the population.

Trump is breaking the law by refusing to release all of the Epstein files according to the Epstein Files Transparency Act. He's also selling access to his social media posts as president for insider trading. He's using the Justice department to go after his enemies and threatening the first amendment rights of many Americans. Trump is literally breaking the law.

Trump is in fact trying to put people in prison who disagree with him or made him look stupid by proving him wrong. His personal lawyer is the AG and instead of going after the Epstein pedophiles he's going after James Comey, E Jean Carroll, and David Hearn for things they said that are protected by the first amendment.

Epstein files transparency act is just an act. Failing to release files is not a crime and carries no penalties or punishment. I’m not sure what you mean about selling access to his social media. I don’t want or care for his social media. Why would anyone ā€œbuyā€ access?

Hearn’s was indicted by a grand jury but charges were dismissed. As far as Comey, yes you articulate that what he said is a threat whether you like it or not. Is there enough to prove a conviction probably not, I don’t know all the specific facts other than what media tells us and they don’t know all the facts when it comes to federal court. With E Jean Carroll he is appealing the decision of civil courts. That’s all.

I want to understand why they haven’t prosecuted anyone relating to Epstein after all this time. Even while Trump was not in office. I don’t have all the facts or evidence on that to bring charges.

An act of Congress is a federal law, literally. He's breaking the law by not following the law.

Comey said something millions of Americans have said. No one in their right minds will believe that Comey was trying to murder Trump. I've said 8647 plenty of times. I'm not trying to kill him. He's a garbage president and I think he needs to be removed from office.

E Jean Carroll was being investigated by Trump's Justice Department for lying. He's using the Justice department to settle personal scores. I'm Hearn's case, everyone knew that it was a bad job done by a contractor who received preferential treatment instead of bidding like government contacts are required to do. All Hearn did was make a social media post showing that the job was shoddy when Trump was claiming it wasn't. A grand jury indicted him but the Justice Department immediately threw out the case when Hearn's lawyers requested the transcript from that indictment.

Insider trading is a serious crime in the US. A president has a major effect on businesses and industry through his actions and statements. He's selling early access to social media posts for $100000 I believe. It's literally insider trading which is a crime.

Johnson is the one who mentioned prison, not me. Prison is for law breakers. Not for people who just failed to do their jobs. So why don't you ask him why he's so worried about prison?

u/AppropriateTouching 1d ago

The president is literally convicted of over 30 felonies.

For which an unconditional discharge of sentence was imposed already.

You can downvote it, but that’s fact

This admin admitted in court that they cut grants to Blue states solely because they didn't vote for Trump. That's illegal. It's clear they are doing the same thing with disaster aid, and it's unprecedented. Do you want the Democrats to do the same thing and deny grants and disaster aid to red states? If not, you should be calling for him to be removed.

Funding should never be decided with how states voted.

u/Tweak89 1d ago

That's true, but that's exactly what the Trump admin is doing

Won't someone think of the pedophiles! /s
