To me it's the forced laugh and body language of an evil man who was caught off guard by the question. "Oh crap they asked of real question about my evil deeds quick laugh like it's a dumb question and be loose not defensive" which makes his body look like a puppet having it's strings tugged. It lacks any "confidence" in denying the accusation as does the fake haha what a stupid question forced laugh.

He knew he was draining the potable water supply and had no response, as heās doing it and doesnāt care. He was visibly uncomfortable and went to his usual āIām smart, youāre wrong.ā
I donāt even know what this meme is talking about, but that Musk reaction made it very clear Musk knows, and knows heās doing something shitty.

Part of it is that he really really wants to present himself as somewhat harmless and non-threatening. Youāll see him do a ton of forced smiling and laughing with loose body language. But he doesnāt get it right. Meanwhile heās a real life super villain and probably the greediest human to ever live.

Most super villains have some sort of class. Musk doesnt, he's just trying to be one and we are letting him do it. Simply put, if comics were real a hero or Vigilante would have shut him down a decade ago.

I agree that is the image he wants to cultivate, but I donāt know if it was ever true. Even though EVs are arguably a requirement for a sustainable society (electricity can be generated with renewable sources much easier than gas, and I donāt think most people will give up personal transports entirely), there are countless cases of Tesla polluting water ways, having unsafe labor practices and many other things weād normally associate with evil mega-corps.
