The bill would provide a $3,000 direct payment to every person in households making $150,000 or less during its first year, which equals $12,000 for a family of four.

I am fine with the taxing, but the plan to give families money no strings attached is only going to boost inflation and serve as a strong republican talking point. How about investing in our infrastructure, education, and businesses and paying down our debt. Also yes, to increasing teacher pay and expanded medicare/single payer.
