Any insights?

Crispy, sticky, sweet, spicy pork belly burnt ends made entirely in the air fryer. No smoker, no all-day cook — just ridiculously good BBQ-style pork belly with a hot honey glaze and crispy edges. Honestly one of the best things I’ve made in the air fryer lately.

Not sure if this is still safe to eat. Looks like chicken more than pork to me. It smells kinda weird, but all raw meat always smells weird to me, so its kinda hard to tell based on that either

I'm a very picky eater. I don't eat much meat, but I do like bacon and mild, pork-based hot dogs, and Chinese spare ribs. I like these because they're soft, mild-tasting and sweet. But I'd like to try some type of real pork instead of a hot dog.

Which type would be closest to a hot dog? I do not like beef or fowl, or anything spicy. Could anyone recommend a good, easy to prepare type/cut of pork for me to try? Thanks very much!

This was a plan b. We went fishing and didn’t catch any fish. Fortunately this was plan b. It was delicious with fresh vegetables. Great cooking on a campsite by the sea.
