I bought a Genshin account from this seller, and I couldn't log in because I needed a verification code from the Gmail account they provided. Then, when I tried to log in to the Gmail account to retrieve the code, the Gmail password was wrong. I contacted the seller, and after a long wait, they sent me the correct Gmail password. But I found out that the account is under parental controls, so they still have control over the account. I also can't change the HoYoverse email because of too many requests. I asked them to remove the parental controls so I can secure the account, but the seller won't reply.

I bought an account but I can't change the email for the account until November. I seller changed the email in early August and there is a wait until you can change it. This leaves me at high risk of being scammed because the seller reclaiming the account after the 72 hour period. Now I have less than 72 hours to hope I can get this sorted out and get a refund. The seller should've waited until early November to list the account. I've bought with this seller once before so I'd like to think he won't try anything to screw me but I'm at risk here and can't take any chances. I never had any issues with PA before so I'm wondering if this will get sorted. So do these order issues usually get sorted? Support told me to contact the seller and try to work it out with then first, but with the 72 hours left to deal with this should I just file the dispute?

I bought an account about a month ago from the seller k tier and within basically a week the account was reclaimed, I made a dispute where the seller blatantly ignored my requests for a refund and he kept on saying oh he can give me another account and they hold the accounts for two weeks etc to guarantee they don’t get reclaimed. Keep in mind I have buyer protection. I get the new account and within two days guess what ? The account got reclaimed so I contact him again just for him to takes ages to respond like he always does just to bother me about the previous account telling me to turn off 2fa, mind you the account I no longer have access to and the account that is in russian that even when you translate the page doesn’t translate all the words. Mind you I’m contacting because the account got reclaimed again so at this point I want my refund bcs I told him the first time if it happens again I want my refund to which he blatantly ignored. He had asked for the new account info which mind you he already had but whatever I give it to him and again state that I want my refund to which he proceeded to ignore me for three whole days and all this while I made a ticket through PA to no avail. They have ignored my proof that THEY asked for and are now telling me to communicate with the seller, the same seller who has currently been ignoring me for again going on 2 days. So apparently the buyer protection I paid for was a waste of money as PA is ignoring my proof I sent for a refund and telling me to communicate with the seller who refuses to communicate with me .. AGAIN as if I didn’t pay for buyer protection so I wouldn’t have to go through things like this. I’m still currently going through a whole back and forth with PA via email to no avail and it seems they have no plans to help me anytime soon. So if anyone has any advice on how to get my money back I would appreciate it !
