I honestly am only grasping at straws here, but I think it's because Communism has a lot of "big burly women" style characters like Zarya, and Capitalism is supposedly the free thinking one allowing men assigned female at birth to transition, and fascism is rooted in traditionalist aesthetics.

no, there is a new transphobic theory that the medical industry is pushing people to transition because they profit from selling drugs and surgery. It ties into the same anti-vax anti-science conspiracies. Basically the people who never went to college and think they are smarter than doctors.
And that new theory is just more bullshit. Because if you ask any trans-hating conservative, they'll tell you that trans people are given their meds completely for free off our tax money.
