I don't remember what they exactly look like, but these reminded me of the star tattoos that Russian inmates or ex-inmates sometimes have.

In Russia it's not the star, it's wind rose. That are different and each have there own meaning. But anyway everyone call them stars...

Its English lmao its a star but more for direction and meteorology
