Whey isn’t technically paleo because it comes from dairy. But I’d totally eat it.

Agreed, if OP is ok with whey it’s otherwise fine. Depends on how strict they are/want to be.

Not a paleo issue but semi-related - if anyone also has a fodmap sensitivity, inulin is a fodmap. It’s often a missed trigger ingredient so I like to mention it whenever it comes up.

I avoid agave because it can cause digestive upset for some people and the dairy isn’t paleo (it’s primal), but it’s totally dependent on what your body can tolerate.

In a strict paleo diet, added salt is not allowed, as our ancient ancestors would not have added salt to their food.
