Ask Pakistan 🇵🇰 Has anyone else had issues with My Vitamin Store PK?
I ordered online from My Vitamin Store and I feel like I've been completely scammed.
I placed and paid for an order using my card on 17 August worth approximately PKR 20k, and I still haven't received anything.
The most frustrating part is that they have completely stopped responding. They Don't pick up their calls. Don't respond to emails. Don't reply on WhatsApp. I've tried contacting them multiple times through every available channel, but I've been completely ghosted.
They keep sending me emails to review the items but I never got the product! How can I review it?
Has anyone else experienced something similar recently? Does anyone know how I can get in touch with them or escalate this issue?
I spent PKR 20,000, and at this point, I'm honestly worried that they've taken my money and disappeared. Why is good customer service so hard in Pakistan :(

I have used their services. I have always ordered COD though so I don't know about the card payment thing. But I have always received whatever I ordered after a week or something. No calls etc just straight up guy showed upto my house.
