When October 21st roles around and Florida is in Ottawa. Do you think Brady will thrive off the boos? Will the media ask him why he wanted a trade and talk to him? Are they allowed to do that to an away teammate? Do you think he will fight someone? (I honestly think when the tribute video comes on he will just have stone cold face because of all the boos that will be echoing in the stadium.)

I created 2 versions. The first one groups games by opponent, and the second shows games in chronological order. Each square includes the date and game number. Grey squares are home games.

I use 3 colors for mine (see 3rd image): green for wins, red for regulation losses, and orange for OT/SO losses. Feel free to print whichever version you prefer and fill it out however you like!

Sid Seixeiro was right this week when he called out the team for doing a tribute video for Brady when he comes to play against us in Oct. He left us in the dust, after telling us he wouldn't. I'm not saying he's our mortal enemy now, but he made it clear he doesn't want to be here. So no, we don't need to do a tribute/thank you video for him.

I am quite happy to see us stack up the goals against him and send him home with a "Thank you, next." attitude.

We have a great fan base, a great team with potential, and I think a front office that is actually all in. In our history those three things have rarely lined up. If Brady didn't want to be here to keep building with us, that's his choice and I respect that.

I want to say thank you to the players that choose to stay. The players that see a shitty tax market, a brutal weather climate, a city where you're recognized everywhere (I bet that can be annoying, when trying to live your life), and say "I'm in, this is where I want to put my career." These are the guys that get videos. Call it something like "Senator by contract, Ottawan by Choice" thank the players who invested in Ottawa.

Might just be me but who else thinks Eklund will have a big year in Ottawa this season? Almost feels worth it to pick him before round 9 in a 14 man league

Wondering about Sens Army’s thoughts on rival fandom friends…

First time half season member here, excited to attend more games this year that ever before.

But how do we feel about attending with rival fans?

To be clear, this is NOT selling tickets to rival fans (aka 70:30 Habs fans at those games), but bringing a rival fan with me to a game.

My wife is from Michigan and grew up a Wings fan. She is now a Sens fan but still holds a place in her heart for Detroit. So each year we attend the Wings games together. She wears an Yzerman jersey I got her (good Ottawa boy) and I’ll wear my Sens jersey. It’s funny cause she can’t help cheering for both teams at those games so if you see a lady in a Wings jersey cheering a Sens goal that might be her.

I also have a good friend I work with who is a Leafs fan and he doesn’t get to many games, so I took him to his first Leafs game in a while last year at the CTC and he loved it. He cheered for the Leafs I cheered for the Sens. Sens won, that was good.

I’ve also attended with a Jets fan in a similar situation.

Anyways, what are your thoughts? I figure it’s ok as I’m not contributing to the problem of a “sea of blue” at games because my ratio is 1:1. I like attending with my friends (and my wife) and banter between us is all in good fun. They aren’t the Leafs fan last year at the playoff Canes/Sens game flipping the whole crowd off (for whatever reason he decided to do that).
