Was he not a top-5 shooting guard last year? Anthony Edwards, Donovan Mitchell... who else was better than him?

He's consistently ranked outside the top 5 shooting guards, but he's typically underrated though. He is more difficult to rank than most other guards when looking at the overall player, though I'd definitely have him top 5 if the focus is shooting.
